Ana Lydia Ochoa launched padma media & marketing with over ten years experience in managing consumer, entertainment and fashion initiatives that reached the U.S. Hispanic consumer market.
Previously to launching padma media & marketing, Ana Lydia served as Account Supervisor at RLPR + Marketing/Sportivo. In this post, she managed the national media campaigns for Telemundo and Sears. She also led the regional Verizon Wireless account and provided strategic counsel to Nike, the National Honey Board and The California Milk Processors Board.
Prior to joining RLPR, Ana Lydia spearheaded the successful launch of IKEA North America’s Hispanic initiative, managing the regional spokesperson campaign for Foster Farms, the west-coasts largest poultry supplier, and overseeing ASA’s (Anita Santiago Advertising Agency) external public relations efforts.
Her experience included managing the national Hispanic consumer and fashion public relations campaigns for Mervyn’s; national and regional accounts, including, AT&T, McDonald’s, Washington Mutual Bank, La Opinion, General Mills, Jafra Cosmetics International and City of Hope.
Ana Lydia was recognized by the Women’s Health Organization for her commitment to women’s health. Additionally, the City of Los Angeles recognized her public relations career, & Senator Hilda Solis commended the launch of padma media & marketing
Ana Lydia is a marketing instructor for PACE Business Development Centers Entrepreneurshing Courses. She volunteers with Free Arts for Abused Children, Reading to Kids, Pets with Purpose & Santa Monica Catholic Church.
She is an alumni Board Member at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, member of the Greater West Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, member of Ladies Who Launch, and Woodhull Institute for Ethical Leadership alum.
A long-time yoga practitioner, Ana Lydia recently added Buddhist study as part of her daily routine. Additionally, Ana Lydia enjoys spending her free time painting and drawing, and walking at the Santa Monica beach trails with her pug “Chatito.”
